Team Registration

Get Started in 6 Steps

1) Create Your Team

Build a team of 1 to 4 golfers — create as many teams as you’d like!

2) Register Each Golfer
  • Visit stopen.org/team-registration/ to register each golfer and select their donation and/or apparel package.
  • Note: You can also pre-donate on the homepage and enter your order number from the emailed receipt to the team registration form.
3) Choose Your Course
  • Pick any golf course you want to play.
  • If it’s a 9-hole course, play it twice or simply double your 9-hole score.
4) Make Your Tee Time
  • Book your own tee time for September 10th, 11th, or 12th and pay green fees directly to the course.
  • We will request the course to donate the green fees to TAPS.org under your team’s name.
  • Note: Only tee times on September 11th will qualify for the World Record Achievement.
5) Submit Your Donation
  • You can make your donation in one of two ways:
  • Pre-donate on the homepage and enter your order number from the emailed receipt to the team registration form.
  • Donate at the end of the team registration form.
  • We understand that not everyone is in a position to donate, so we offer the option to play in the tournament for free!
6) Watch Your Emails
  • Stay tuned for important updates!
  • We’ll send you a scannable QR code so you can easily submit your scorecard and photos for the 2025 World Record website.
